As you pack up your winter clothes this year, consider including most of your socks also. Going sockless has become increasing popular in the last couple of years.
It is no longer a look that only works with flip-flops. In warm weather try going sockless while in dress shoes, even while wearing a suit.
But, how do
you do this and remain comfortable?
One options is Gold Bond Body Powder. A squeeze in each shoe as you walk out the door will absorb moisture and help keep your feet cool. If you intend to put in a full day, keep a smaller 4oz bottle at work to freshen up when necessary.
If your feet tend to sweat a lot your best option are socks. Every brand makes no-show socks, but they are rarely actually no-show. It can be especially hard to disguise socks in boaters. However, Journeys sells the lowest cut socks available. They offer the sockless look while still absorbing any moisture.

found your site on del.icio.us today and really liked it.. i bookmarked it and will be back to check it out some more later
I tried wearing a pair of leather shoes without socks and adding powder for a few weeks. At first it feel comfortable. While wearing them all day; plus my feet tend to sweat more then I want them too, the leather gets moisture logged and starts to feel uncomfortable. The last day I wore them without, I need to walk alot; that day was a very humid day. It felt like a garden hose was taken to them; they were so sweaty. Midday, I did stop by Journeys and picked up a pair of “no-shows”. As soon as I purchased them I wore them. The gal working at the store saw that I was not wearing socks and commented that the socks well help in the sweating and odor. Which leads me to the other thing that I started to notice — odor.
